“I was not the traditional little girl who would find a stray cat or dog to bring home and ask Mom if we could keep it; I brought home people.”
Born and raised in Trenton, NJ, I’ve always had a heart for people—one that naturally led me into a life of service. Over the years, I’ve walked alongside at-risk youth, the homeless, incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals, and those who are emotionally and spiritually burdened. My mission is simple yet profound: to help others find liberation, healing, and a sense of purpose.
Drawing from my own life experiences, professional knowledge, and social capital, I strive to help individuals improve their quality of life by guiding them toward transformative healing experiences—sometimes even creating those moments together. My goal is to offer mental, emotional, and spiritual relief in a world that often demands survival over authenticity.
I’m not afraid to challenge what’s considered “normal.” I question traditional standards, ideas, and systems—not just because I can, but because as a social worker, I must. And as a daughter of God, I feel deeply called to serve His people in ways that honor their truth and dignity.
Life coaching with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about journeying with you. For a season, I’ll walk beside you as you begin the process of unbecoming everything the world told you to be, so you can fully step into who you were always meant to become. The world often tries to shape us into versions of ourselves that we don’t recognize, but accept just to survive. My work—and yours, if you choose—is to uncover who you truly are beneath all of that.
This work is sacred, powerful, and yes—unconventional. But so is the path to true freedom.
An Unconventional Approach
“Maybe the Journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about unbecoming everything that isn’t really you so that you can be who you were meant to be in the first place. - Anonymous”
